Our founding Executive Team of three minority women, each with over 20 years experience in the tech industry, has deep personal knowledge of the challenges faced by women and minorities in tech occupations.

Over the years our Leadership Team has since expanded to include an Education and Outreach Director, a Director of Operations, and a Lead Software Engineer. Our staff includes a growing team of professional curriculum developers and instructors who have both education and tech industry experience.

Our wide network of contacts helps us find employer partners, and our understanding of the state of the industry helps us create real-world paths into entry-level tech jobs for our students.
