Wishing you peace and joy in the year ahead.
Thank you for supporting our work to provide digital equity and IT career pathways to those furthest from opportunity across our state. We couldn’t do it without you.
All good things to you and yours,

Looking back at 2023…
So many great things happened in 2023 that accelerated our mission to bring more underrepresented young adults into the IT/tech field across the state of Washington! We are humbly grateful for both the new collaborations that developed and our continuing partnerships, as they help us move towards achieving our mission. We look forward to building more collaborative partnerships in the year to come.

New Partnerships & Appreciation
Many thanks and a warm welcome to new partners Okta and JPMorgan Chase and Company. We enjoyed meeting the advisory committee for the Okta for Good Fund. They kindly offered CFA a first-time donation to support our work with the Pre-Apprenticeship program this fall and we are very grateful! Okta employees have also volunteered in the classroom in the past and we are look forward to seeing them again. Many thanks to all of our inspiring volunteers in 2023!
We also want to extend our thanks and appreciation to JPMorgan Chase and Company for offering us access to their Tech for Social Good program. The program will provide workshops and volunteers for both our Pre-Apprenticeship program and our Career Services program in 2024.
CFA is looking forward to partnering with the Workforce Development Council of Seattle-King County and El Centro de la Raza to start a new cohort of students in CFA’s FAST TRACK version of the Pre-Apprenticeship program. Students will attend 15 hours of class per week for three weeks to complete each level. They will finish two levels per quarter, completing the program in less than a year.
