Agenda

Day of the Competition

Dear participants, please read these notes carefully and follow all instructions:

  • There will be no on-site registration.
  • Students must arrive at the competition venue between 8:00 AM and 8:15 AM.
  • Check-in will close at 8:45 AM and the competition will begin promptly at 9 AM.
No late check-in will be allowed..
  • After 8:45 AM only student contestants will be allowed in the competition venue. Parents and coaches are welcome at 12:30 PM for the Computing Technology Fair (ODP competition), special presentations, keynote talk and awards ceremony.
  • Competitors will have some down time between challenges. We will have activities, but feel free to bring games or reading material to entertain yourselves!

As in past years, there will be photography and videography at the event. During the check-in process please let us know if you prefer to not have your student be included in the photo and video coverage. If we do not hear from you we will assume that you are fine with this. The photographs and video clips may be used to showcase the competition and possibly be used for future promotion of CFA events.
